The Challenge
Agilent Technologies sought an accomplished technology vendor, who could provide an innovative digital solution to make its payroll system more efficient for its 12,000 employees in more than 100 countries. Agilent needed a streamlined, efficient system that was FLSA compliant for semi-monthly pay periods and enabled daily stock transactions. They desired a sustainable payroll system that offered mobile access to timekeeping and pay slips. The global payroll system needed to be developed, tested and implemented in eight short months; and be compatible with 40 interfaces.

Premier Logic developed a new digital global payroll system for Agilent for 12,000 employees in eight months. The mobile system needed to be FLSA compliant for semi-monthly pay periods and enabled daily stock transactions for 12,000 employees.
